Q1. Are the outfits clean and safe to wear?
✔️ Yes, every outfit is professionally dry-cleaned and sanitized before delivery. Hygiene and safety are our top priorities.
Q2. Are the dresses authentic designer pieces?
✔️ Absolutely! All outfits are 100% original and carefully curated from trusted designers.
Q3. What condition will I receive the outfit in?
✔️ Each outfit is maintained in excellent condition. Before delivery, it undergoes a strict quality check to ensure it looks as good as new.
Q4. Do you provide matching jewellery or accessories with the outfit?
✔️ Jewellery is not included unless mentioned in a special offer. However, we recommend and link matching jewellery options on the product page so you can rent them too at minimal charges if you wish.
Q5. Are the product photos and videos real?
✔️ Yes! We upload raw, unedited and unfiltered photos and videos of the actual outfit so you know exactly what you’ll receive—no surprises.
✔️ Along with these, we also share reference images of the same outfit on a model or mannequin so you get a complete understanding of the overall look and styling possibilities.
Q6. Can I see the outfit before booking?
✔️ At present, we don’t offer offline studio appointments.
✔️ But you can schedule a WhatsApp video call with us to view the outfit in real-time and clarify any doubts before booking. You can request video appointment here
Fitting & Alterations
Q1. What sizes are available?
✔️ Sizes may vary for each outfit — not every design is available in all sizes.
✔️ Please check the size options listed on the product page and refer to the size chart image provided with every product.
✔️ To make it easier, you can also filter outfits by size on our website to quickly find what fits you best.
Q2. Do you provide alterations?
✔️ The product description clearly mentions detailed measurements such as lehenga length, blouse/choli length, neckline (front & back), sleeve details, and more — so you know exactly what to expect before booking.
✔️ We generally do not provide custom alterations.
✔️ Once the outfit reaches you, you are allowed to make minor, reversible size adjustments (like simple tucks or temporary stitching) — as long as they cause no damage to the product. Please ensure you roll back any alterations before returning the outfit.
✔️ If you have a special request, mention it in the notes while placing your order, and our team will try their best to accommodate it (subject to feasibility).
Rental Process
Q1. How do I book an outfit?
✔️ The process is quick and simple:

Browse & Select – View the outfit, check all details (size, rental duration, product description, measurements).

Add to Cart – Select your size and rental duration, then add the product to your cart.

Choose Your Date & Verify – At checkout, select your event date from the calendar and upload a valid government ID proof.

Submit Request – No payment required at this stage.
Our team will then review your request and confirm availability.
Q2. Do I need to pay anything at the time of booking?
✔️ Not immediately. Once our team reviews your request, we will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm and collect a nominal booking fee of just ₹49.
✔️ This small fee blocks the outfit for your selected dates.
Q3. What happens before dispatch?
✔️ 2 days before dispatch, our team will contact you again to collect the refundable security deposit (4x your rental amount).
✔️ Once the deposit is paid, your outfit will be dispatched to you with care.
Q4. How do I return the outfit after use?
✔️ After your rental period ends, please repack the outfit in the original packaging and return it to our Home Studio in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.
✔️ Currently, we do not have a pickup facility, but you can easily return it via:

Wefast / Rapido / Uber / Porter parcel

Courier service
✔️ We will also refund your return charges (up to ₹150) as wallet credit for your next rental.
Q5. What about cleaning and damages?
✔️ You do not need to dry-clean the outfit — we handle that.
✔️ Normal wear & tear is acceptable.
✔️ In case of major damage or late return, deductions may apply.
✔️ If the outfit is returned late, a 20% extra charge per day will be deducted.
Q6. How is the refund handled?
✔️ Once the outfit is received at our Sanpada studio, we verify it and process your refund.
✔️ The security deposit is refunded within 24 hours, after deducting:

Any applicable late/damage charges (if any)
✔️ The ₹49 booking fee is also returned as wallet credit for your next rental.
Q7. What is the booking fee and why do I need to pay ₹49?
✔️ The booking fee is just ₹49 – a very small amount that blocks your outfit for the selected date so no one else can rent it.
✔️ It also helps us cover packaging and handling costs.
✔️ You don’t have to pay any other hidden charges apart from this.
✔️ Once your rental is completed and outfit returned, the booking fee is credited back to your ManyaEra wallet as reward points, which you can use for your next rental.
Q8. Can I cancel my booking?
✔️ Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 3 days before your rental date.
✔️ In case of cancellation, the ₹49 booking fee is deducted as a minimal cancellation charge and will not be refunded.
✔️ This ensures smooth planning and availability of outfits for all customers.
Q9. I don’t live in Navi Mumbai, can I still rent from ManyaEra?
✔️ Yes, in most cases we can arrange delivery outside Navi Mumbai as well.
✔️ However, availability and timelines may vary depending on your location.
✔️ Please contact us directly on WhatsApp so our team can confirm delivery feasibility and assist you with the booking process.
Q10. I have an urgent requirement and can’t go through the full website process. What should I do?
✔️ No worries! If you need an outfit urgently, just contact us directly on WhatsApp.
